Our commitment
Airflyshop is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across our booking flow, account pages and support content. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review and improve the experience as we ship new features.
Accessibility features
The site is built with accessibility in mind. Current features include:
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements can be reached and operated without a mouse.
- Visible focus states — clear indicators show which element is currently selected.
- Semantic structure — headings, landmarks and labels help screen readers convey page meaning.
- Reduced-motion support — animations are minimised when your device requests reduced motion.
- Colour contrast — text and controls are designed to meet AA contrast ratios.
Requesting special assistance
If you need support at the airport or on board, please tell us at least 48 hours before departure so the carrier can prepare. We can arrange:
- Wheelchair assistance — WCHR (able to walk short distances and climb stairs), WCHS (cannot manage stairs) and WCHC (immobile, assistance required to and from the seat).
- Visual or hearing assistance — guidance through the airport, briefings in an accessible format and support during boarding.

Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet fully meet our target. We are aware that a small number of older content pages and third-party components — including the external cryptocurrency payment provider used at checkout — may not be fully accessible. We are working to address these and welcome reports of any barrier you encounter.
