Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Airflyshop website (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and, for the carriage of passengers and baggage, our Conditions of Carriage. Where the Conditions of Carriage conflict with these terms in respect of a flight, the Conditions of Carriage prevail.

Using the site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and to make genuine travel enquiries and bookings. You agree not to:

• use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload the Site;
• make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site; or
• misrepresent your identity or that of any traveller.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for any activity carried out under your account.

Bookings & payment

Prices on the Site are shown in U.S. dollars ($). Payment is processed through Airtm, a hosted payment provider that accepts credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cryptocurrency. A booking is confirmed only once we have verified that full payment has been received and have issued a confirmation — submitting payment does not by itself confirm a booking.

You are responsible for completing payment for the correct booking and amount. If you choose to pay by cryptocurrency, note that crypto transfers are irreversibleonce broadcast and cannot be recalled — send only the asset and network shown on the Airtm payment page. Airflyshop is not liable for losses caused by crypto transfers sent in the wrong amount, to the wrong address, or on the wrong network.

Pricing & availability

Prices and seat availability can change at any time until a booking is confirmed and paid. Fares shown are inclusive of taxes and mandatory fees unless stated otherwise. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we may decline or cancel the affected booking and refund any amount received.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Airflyshop and protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial travel use. You may not copy, republish or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airflyshop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable U.S. law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection law — see our Privacy Policy.
