Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Airflyshop website (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and, for the carriage of passengers and baggage, our Conditions of Carriage. Where the Conditions of Carriage conflict with these terms in respect of a flight, the Conditions of Carriage prevail.

Using the site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and to make genuine travel enquiries and bookings. You agree not to:

• use automated tools to scrape, harvest or overload the Site;
• make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings;
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site; or
• misrepresent your identity or that of any traveller.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for any activity carried out under your account.

Bookings & payment

Prices on the Site are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱). Payment is accepted only in cryptocurrency — USDT on the TRON network (TRC20)— processed through an external payment provider. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received and we have issued a confirmation.

Crypto payments are irreversible. Once a transfer is broadcast to the TRON network it cannot be reversed, recalled or charged back. You are solely responsible for:

• sending the exact amount to the correct address shown at checkout;
• using the TRC20 network only (funds sent on other networks may be lost); and
• completing payment within the quoted time window before the rate expires.

Airflyshop is not liable for losses caused by transfers to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in the wrong amount.

Pricing & availability

Prices and seat availability can change at any time until a booking is confirmed and paid. Fares shown are inclusive of taxes and mandatory fees unless stated otherwise. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we may decline or cancel the affected booking and refund any amount received.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Airflyshop and protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial travel use. You may not copy, republish or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airflyshop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) — see our Privacy Policy.
