Privacy Policy
How Airflyshop collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Airflyshop handles the personal data you share when you search, book and manage flights with us. We process personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
What we collect
To book and operate your travel, we collect:
- Passenger details: full name, date of birth and nationality;
- Travel documents: passport or government-issued ID number and expiry;
- Contact information: email address and phone number;
- Booking and payment metadata: itinerary, ticket numbers, and the transaction reference returned by Airtm, our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card numbers, wallet credentials or private keys.
How we use it
- To process and confirm your booking and send your itinerary;
- To comply with carrier requirements, the conditions of carriage, and aviation security and border-control obligations;
- To provide 24/7 customer support and respond to your enquiries;
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud or misuse.
Sharing
We share personal data only as needed to deliver your travel:
- Carriers operating your flights, so they can issue tickets and meet security and immigration requirements;
- Airtm, our payment provider, which processes your card, bank transfer or crypto payment on our behalf;
- Authorities or regulators where disclosure is required by law, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep booking and payment records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — typically for the duration of your trip plus the period required by applicable law. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under applicable U.S. privacy laws you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information;
- Request erasure or blocking, subject to legal retention limits;
- Object to certain processing and withdraw consent;
- Lodge a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission if you believe your rights have been infringed.
