Baggage allowance & fees

Carry-on baggage

Every passenger may bring 1 carry-on bag plus 1 small personal item (such as a handbag, laptop bag or small backpack) into the cabin at no extra charge.

• Carry-on weight limit: 7kg
• Maximum dimensions: 56 × 36 × 23cm
• Your bag must fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.

Checked baggage by fare

Your free checked allowance depends on the cabin you book. Weight is the total across all your checked bags.

• Economy — 20kg included
• Premium Economy — 30kg included
• Business — 40kg included

Prepaid extra baggage

Need more than your included allowance? Adding extra baggage in advance is significantly cheaper online than paying at the airport. You can add it while booking, or later from Manage bookingup until check-in opens. Extra allowance is priced per route in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Excess baggage fees

If your checked bags weigh more than your allowance and you haven't prepaid, the excess is charged per kilogram at the airport at the standard counter rate. Airport rates are higher than prepaid rates, so we recommend topping up online before you fly.

Prohibited & restricted items

For everyone's safety, some items are not permitted, and others are restricted to either cabin or hold baggage:

• Never permitted: explosives, flammable liquids and gases, corrosives.
• Spare lithium batteries and power banks must travel in your carry-on, never checked.
• Liquids, aerosols and gels in carry-on are subject to security screening limits.
• Sharp objects and tools belong in checked baggage, not the cabin.

Special & sports items

Oversized or fragile items — sports gear, musical instruments, mobility aids and the like — should be arranged in advance, as space and handling may be limited. Contact us before you travel so we can confirm availability and any applicable fees.
