Booking & search

How do I search for flights?

Enter your origin, destination and dates on the home page, then choose your cabin — Economy, Premium Economy or Business. Fares are shown in Philippine pesos (₱) and include all taxes and fees before you pay.

Can I book for several passengers at once?

Yes. Add up to nine passengers per booking. Each traveller's full name must match their passport or government ID exactly, as names cannot be transferred to another person after booking.

Baggage

What can I bring?

Every fare includes one carry-on bag up to 7kg (max 56×36×23cm). Checked allowance depends on your cabin: Economy 20kg, Premium Economy 30kg and Business 40kg. For oversized items, sports equipment and prohibited goods, see our baggage page.

Check-in & boarding

When does check-in open?

Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes before. Airport counters close 60 minutes before departure, and boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure — please arrive in good time.

What do I need at the gate?

Have your boarding pass and the photo ID used to book ready. Mobile boarding passes are accepted on all carriers in our network.

Payment

How does paying with cryptocurrency work?

Airflyshop accepts payment in USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) through an external payment provider. At checkout we show your fare in ₱, and the provider converts it to a USDT amount at an indicative rate locked for a short window.

What happens after I send payment?

You send the exact USDT amount to the address the provider displays. Once the TRON network confirms the transfer, your booking is issued and your e-ticket is emailed to you. Send only USDT (TRC20) — funds sent on another network or in another coin may be lost.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Is there a free cancellation period?

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided departure is at least seven days away. Refunds are returned in USDT to the wallet you choose.

Can I change my flight?

Most fares can be changed for a fee that depends on your fare type, plus any difference in the new fare. Some promotional fares are non-changeable — the rules for your fare are shown before you pay and in your confirmation email.

Manage my booking

How do I find my trip again?

Use Manage my bookingand enter your six-character booking reference together with the lead passenger's last name. From there you can view your itinerary, add baggage, select seats and request changes.
